How we do it …
• The Walltodo Art Showcase
Think of Walltodo as a “store on tour” that showcases the latest trends in wall décor and design. During this daylong event, fine and decorative art art and wall décor are brought directly to your venue and presented by our knowledgeable staff in a manner conducive to the perusal of our fine collections. Whether presented by Walltodo as an exclusive event at a clubhouse for members of a private development, a corporate space or non-profit location, our events are packed with high quality items at great value.
• The Walltodo Auction
Truly a great deal of fun, the Walltodo auction couples a great bit of entertainment with excitement and fabulous product offerings. With as many as 200 items or more up for bid, variety and value take center stage.
The Walltodo auction typically begins with a one hour cocktail party. This presents a wonderful time for neighbors new and old to mix and mingle – before the bidding starts. A silent auction of select items is usually displayed at this time should guests be inclined to get a jump on the festivities. The room is arranged with tables and displays around the perimeter. Chairs are set up auditorium style for viewing. Pieces for the two hour live auction may either be handled “by request” or the collection can be brought up for bid in its entirety. Each style has its distinct cadence and flow.
Walltodo conducts its U.S. events as unique buying experiences for the general public or exclusively as a premium social soiree for private communities and clubs, corporations or non-profits. Events can be by invitation only and provide attendees with additional benefits including select items, one of a kind pieces, framing services, decorator assistance and other unique accoutrements due members of a fine community, top-shelf corporation or worthy charitable endeavor – the opportunity to have their very own private showing of what the best dressed walls are wearing.

What we bring …
Walltodo is interested in only presenting events, products and services of the highest caliber and distinction. Therefore, we tend to shoulder virtually all the production details ourselves – there is little required of our host.
Our turnkey packages include the following:
• Trained and knowledgeable on-site staff.
• A tailored collection of up to 200 or more framed fine and decorative art and wall décor pieces to suit the interests of your demographic base.
• All transportation and insurances of Walltodo’s product offerings.
• All hanging hardware.
• Auction paperwork when applicable (catalogs, bidder receipts, etc.).
• Certificates of authenticity where appropriate.
• Credit card processing.

What you need to do …
Responsibilities are limited indeed – there are no costs from us. All we ask for is:
• Use of a room large enough to hold 150 persons at any given time.
• Adequate number of tables and chairs.
• Use of a proper sound system and podium are appreciated.
• Marketing and promotions assistance via newsletters, flyers, etc. is a highly valued necessity.
